WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsibilities vary by role but typically include:
  • Carrying out position-specific duties including assembly, inspection, procurement, planning, accounting, and testing
  • Upholding quality standards, safety protocols, and established procedures
  • Operating relevant tools, equipment, and systems (ERP, testing equipment, microscopes, etc.)
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of work, processes, and results
  • Supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Exact requirements vary by position. Strong candidates will typically have:
  • Relevant education, certification, or hands-on experience in their field
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality
  • Proficiency with tools, equipment, or software relevant to their role
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
  • IPC, QA, or other technical certifications are a definite plus
