As a Syrup Mixer, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and mixing syrup batches according to company recipes and standards. Your role will be critical in ensuring the quality and consistency of our beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and mix ingredients according to specific recipes to create syrup batches.
• Operate and maintain syrup mixing equipment and machinery.
• Monitor the syrup production process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform routine quality checks and adjust ingredients as necessary to meet product specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of ingredient usage, batch numbers, and production quantities.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and storing ingredients.
• Clean and sanitize mixing equipment and work area to maintain hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Ability to follow detailed recipes and production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Basic math skills for measuring and adjusting ingredient quantities.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime.
