Shift: 12 Hour Shifts, Rotating (3 days on and 3 days off)

Salary: $15.50 per hour

 

 

Iconex is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Slitter Operator to join our team in Morristown, TN. This position is responsible for supporting the Slitter Operator in the production process and ensuring quality control of finished products.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Slitter Operator in the operation of the slitter machine
• Monitor production processes and ensure quality control of finished products
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Slitter Operator or in a related role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Good communication and teamwork skills
