Responsibilities

• Process medical billing and payment transactions
• Explain insurance benefits and billing information to patients
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with billing inquiries and account resolution
• Perform data entry and other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, billing, financial services, or medical office environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient typing and computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED required
