Salary: $18+/hr

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for our Falconer, NY client. Our client is looking for Brake Press Operators. Set up and operated press brake machines to bend and form metal components according to blueprints and work orders. Adjusted machine settings, tooling, and angles to ensure precision and consistency. Performed routine quality inspections using calipers, tape measures, and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances. Maintained a safe and organized work area while meeting production deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience operating press brake or similar metal fabrication equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong knowledge of measurements, tolerances, and basic math skills
  • Familiarity with hand tools, measuring instruments, and shop equipment
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Knowledge of workplace safety standards and proper PPE use

 

Hours are M-F 6 am to 230 pm with a chance of OT. Pay is 18+/hr based on experience.
