We are currently looking for a qualified Laboratory Production Assistant for a company located in Ridgeland, SC 

Pay: $21.00/hr.

Schedule: M-F 7am-7pm

Job Responsibilities:

Performs general laboratory operations, including chemical conversions, extractions, solvent recovery and finished products according to standard operating procedures.
Documents work performed in accordance with established GMP protocols; compiles data into lab reports
Prepares samples for analysis
Performs routine daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of production instruments and workspace
Assistance in packaging and shipping of orders
Reviews SOPs and guidance documents to ensure all procedures accurately reflect laboratory practices
Maintains appropriate sample custody, control, and hazardous waste disposal
Maintain safety standards with adequate PPE use and safe handling of potentially hazardous materials.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to operate laboratory equipment and adhere to written SOP’s.
Ability to comfortably lift and move 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
