We are looking for experienced Robotic welders for a automotive manufacturing company in the Brampton area. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2+ year of robotic welding experience and is flexible to work day, afternoon, nights and weekends.

Monday-Friday

Day: 7:00AM-3:15PM

Afternoons: 3:00PM-11:15PM

Nights: 11:00PM-7:15AM

Pay rate: $19/hour - $22/hour + 4% vacation pay ( based on experience )

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate robotic welding equipment according to specifications and work orders.
• Operate weld/ assembly equipment
• Operate resistance welding equipment
• Operate tube forming/secondary operation equipment.
• Complete all necessary paperwork affiliated with production.
• Change tips as required. (if applicable)
• Maintain a high standard of quality product.
• Meet production schedules.
• Receive ongoing Cross Training on all welders and assembly equipment.
• Document production activities, including machine settings, inspection results, and maintenance performed.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize welding procedures and improve overall efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to promote workplace safety.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating robotic welding systems or similar automated manufacturing equipment.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, metallurgy, and safety procedures.
• Previous work experience in an automotive manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of weld equipment
• Knowledge of weld penetration an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English skills both oral and written.
