Position Overview

This role serves as the first point of contact for clients while also providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and provide a welcoming, professional front desk presence
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Prepare and process client paperwork, including onboarding documentation
  • Scan, file, and maintain accurate records and account documentation
  • Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare materials and reports for client meetings
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience (financial services or banking preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to quickly learn office procedures and industry regulations
  • Professional communication skills and strong customer service approach
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Must be able to pass a background and credit check
