eCommerce/Inventory Listing Clerk Job Summary: A growing Grand Rapids liquidation company is expanding their eCommerce operation into their Grand Rapids location and is looking to add detail-oriented team members to support their online sales platforms. This role involves researching products, creating online listings, preparing items for shipment, and supporting the overall flow of online orders. This is a hands-on position that combines computer work with physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
eCommerce/Inventory Listing Clerk Responsibilities:
- Researching items online to determine pricing and listing viability
- Creation of online resale listings including product descriptions, condition, and details
- Taking photos of products using a phone and uploading them to listings
- Ensuring accuracy of all listing information to maintain platform ratings
- Pulling sold orders using a location/tag system and preparing them for shipment
- Matching items to packing slips and verifying order accuracy
- Packaging items and creating shipping labels for UPS and USPS pickup
- Assisting with staging and organizing inventory for online sales
- Supporting additional warehouse or eCommerce tasks as needed
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm
- 15-20 hours per week to start, with opportunity to grow into full-time hours
- $18.00/hr
eCommerce/Inventory Listing Clerk Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using computers for research, data entry, and online platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to read and write in English
- Previous experience with eBay, online selling, retail, or warehouse work is a plus
