Installing Manager (Stone/Countertop Installation)

Pay: $18–$25 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Bend, Oregon

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support installation crews on residential and commercial projects
• Oversee the installation of stone countertops (granite, quartz, and more)
• Plan the day, assign tasks, and keep projects moving forward
• Ensure every install meets high quality and customer satisfaction standards
• Train and mentor team members (lead by example!)
• Problem-solve on the fly when challenges arise
• Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles

✅ What You Bring

• Experience in installation, construction, or a similar hands-on trade
• Proven leadership skills or readiness to step into a leadership role
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stay active on the job
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Dependable, organized, and team-focused

• Countertop or stone installation experience
