Production Associate (Trimming & Assembly) – Evaluation Hire

 

Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift
Pay: $17.00/hour

Overview

We are partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Huntington Beach seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join their team. This is an evaluation hire opportunity with long-term potential for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products.

 

The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience in production, assembly, or general labor is helpful, but training will be provided for motivated individuals willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform trimming and finishing of molded products according to quality standards and production specifications.
• Assemble products and components using hand tools and production equipment.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with packaging, material handling, and other production duties as assigned.

Expected Results

Consistently produce high-quality products through accurate trimming, assembly, and inspection while meeting production, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Spanish speaking required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Related Experience

Candidates with experience as a Production Worker, General Laborer, Warehouse Associate, Assembler, Manufacturing Associate, Machine Operator, Material Handler, Shipping & Receiving Clerk, Packaging Associate, or Construction Laborer are encouraged to apply.
