We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Sales Manager to join their growing team in the Permian Basin.

Qualifications:

• Needs 10 years of business development and/or sales experience
• Strong account management and customer relationship skills
• Experience working closely with operations teams
• Established relationships within E&P organizations preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
• Maintain customer satisfaction and account performance
• Coordinate with operations to ensure successful service delivery
• Monitor revenue, profitability, and account health
• Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships
