Hourly Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Stanchfield, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial saws to cut metal materials to specified lengths and tolerances

• Read and interpret production orders, cut lists, and basic shop drawings

• Handle and stage raw materials, including loading/unloading stock

• Use measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and micrometers to verify accuracy

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in saw operation, material handling, or manufacturing preferred

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for the full shift

• Comfortable using measuring tools and performing basic math

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
