Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Forklift Driver / Bin Crew Operator for a busy agricultural operation in Parma, Idaho. What You'll Do

As a Forklift Driver / Bin Crew Operator, you'll play a key role in moving and managing product safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include:

Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment to transport materials and products
Load and unload bins from bulk storage to designated storage areas
Stack, organize, and move materials throughout the facility
Assist with inventory tracking and production records
Perform routine forklift maintenance, including fueling and battery charging
Support general labor and ground crew activities as needed
Work safely in an outdoor production environment
What We're Looking For
Previous forklift experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right candidate
Ability to pass a forklift certification test
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction
Strong attention to safety and detail
Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
Work Environment

This position involves:

Outdoor work in a ground crew setting
Operating around moving equipment and machinery
Exposure to weather conditions, dust, vibration, and moderate to loud noise levels
Physical activity throughout the workday
