Grounds Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and landscaping duties

• Maintain grounds, sidewalks, parking lots, and outdoor common areas

• Plant, mulch, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, and flower beds

• Operate landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment safely

• Remove debris and maintain clean, attractive outdoor spaces

• Assist with seasonal property maintenance tasks

• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, lawn care, maintenance, or outdoor labor experience preferred

• Ability to operate lawn care and landscaping equipment

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical labor throughout the shift

• Reliable transportation and attendance
