Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

 

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Warehouse / Logistics Associate for a manufacturing company located in Bonita Springs, FL.

 

This is a hands-on, floor-based role responsible for receiving, storage, shipping, material handling, packaging finished products, and coordinating carriers. The ideal candidate will have warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience and strong attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities:

• Physically receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage, count quantities, and verify against packing slips and purchase orders
• Move received goods to inspection, stock, or point-of-use locations
• Route packing slips and receiving documentation to the front office
• Flag discrepancies, shortages, or damage immediately
• Pack and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Generate shipping labels and documentation through UPS, FedEx, and other carriers
• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely
• Operate and maintain the facility floor scrubber on a set schedule
• Keep production aisles, common areas, and shipping/receiving areas clean and organized
• Break down and dispose of incoming packaging
• Manage dumpster, recycling, and outbound waste flow
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse/material handling environment
• Support inventory cycle counts and move materials between locations as needed
• Follow quality procedures for material handling, traceability, and lot control
• Comply with all safety and company procedures

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience
• Forklift certification preferred, or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand and walk for the full shift
• Basic computer skills for shipping software and inventory transactions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with counting and documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, medical device, or another regulated environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, and shipping documentation

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm
