Schedule:
Hours: 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday-Saturday
One day off during the week

We are seeking an experienced Bicycle Mechanic with at least 1-2 years of hands-on mechanical experience. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, enjoys troubleshooting and repair work, and takes pride in delivering quality service. Candidates with bicycle repair experience are highly preferred, though individuals with transferable mechanical backgrounds such as motorcycle technicians, farm equipment operators, or agricultural/harvest experience are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:

• Perform tune-ups, repairs, adjustments, and maintenance on a variety of bicycles
• Assemble new bicycles and prepare them for sale or customer pickup
• Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacement parts
• Service road, mountain, hybrid, and e-bikes
• Inspect bicycles to ensure safety, functionality, and quality standards
• Maintain an organized and clean service area
• Assist customers and team members with basic technical questions as needed

Experience We Are Looking For:

• Bicycle repair and maintenance experience
• Motorcycle technician experience
• Farm equipment or agricultural mechanical experience
• Harvest or seasonal equipment maintenance experience
• Mechanical assembly and repair experience
• Hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic experience
