Our client is in need of an HR Generalist to join their team of 45 employees.

As they grow, HR is becoming more important and they need a self-motivated HR Generalist who can build out process and manage expected HR functions

 

Core Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes

• Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation

• Track I-9, employment eligibility, E-Verify and compliance records

• Coordinate recruiting activities and interview scheduling

• Support employee training and orientation programs

• Track training completion and development initiatives

• Assist with employee communications and internal announcements

• Support disciplinary documentation and performance management processes

• Maintain confidentiality regarding employee matters - Manage Health Benefits enrollment • Support management with HR-related administrative tasks Workplace Culture, Compliance & Employee Relations Support

• Support implementation of company workplace conduct policies

• Assist with policy and regulatory training initiatives

• Help maintain employee relations documentation and records

• Support employee complaint reporting procedures

• Assist management with policy communication and enforcement

• Promote professional workplace standards and conduct

• Help strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture

• Support workplace related related compliance investigations and documentation processes when required

• Assist with initiatives designed to create a safe, professional, and inclusive work environment Preferred Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Human Resources experience
