Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 6:00am-6:00pm – shifts range, 10-12 hours/day

Pay Rate: Depending on experience

 

Duration: Full time, evaluation to hire opportunity

 

Skilled Industrial Painter/Carpentry/Construction Worker Job Duties & Qualifications:

 

• Perform interior and exterior painting on commercial and residential projects, including surface preparation, masking, patching, sanding, priming, and finish coating.
• Complete basic carpentry tasks such as framing, trim installation, drywall repair, door and hardware installation, and general construction repairs.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and other construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, specifications, and project instructions to ensure quality workmanship and project completion.
• Assist with demolition, site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and other general construction activities as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and communicate effectively with supervisors, subcontractors, clients, and team members.
