The Construction Site Worker is responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks on construction projects, including site preparation, material handling, and general labor. This role supports the construction team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, digging, and setting up materials
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist with building, demolition, and repair tasks as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents promptly
• Support other team members in completing project tasks on time
