Inventory Control Specialist

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist for a client in the Rochester area to maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and support inventory reporting.

 

This is a primarily office-based role that requires strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update inventory records
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Generate inventory reports and analyze data
• Process inventory adjustments and transfers
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams

Qualifications:

• Previous inventory control or related experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

This role is more focused on inventory management, reporting, and system accuracy than hands-on warehouse work.
