• Monday–Friday (hours based on shop needs)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the front counter in a professional and friendly manner

• Provide information on small trailer parts and basic truck/trailer components

• Process customer orders and assist with part selection and availability

• Use Shopify system for transactions, inventory, and order processing

• Perform light “soft sales” by helping customers find the right products

• Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries

• Support shop staff with basic counter and parts-related tasks

• Maintain a clean and organized front counter area

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of small trailer parts or related shop experience preferred

• Prior experience in customer service or retail/parts counter strongly preferred

• Comfortable learning and using Shopify or similar computer systems

• Strong communication and people skills

• Soft sales experience preferred (helping customers, recommending products)

• Willingness to learn and be trained on products and systems

• Reliable attendance and professional attitude
