Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hope, AR. This position is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure company properties and facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a broad maintenance skill set, and possess their own basic hand tools.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Conduct lawn care and grounds maintenance as needed
• Apply pest control treatments and monitor for pest issues
• Repair and maintain appliances
• Perform minor plumbing repairs and installations
• Perform minor electrical repairs and troubleshooting
• Repair sheetrock, patch holes, and complete finishing work
• Prepare surfaces and complete painting projects
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Operate a company vehicle to travel between job sites and properties

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to operate a company vehicle safely
• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair techniques
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Must provide own basic tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment as needed
