North Knoxville apartment complex needs a PART TIME  maintenance technician to perform maintenance, repair, and upkeep on apartment units. Cleanout, preparation for new residents. Must be a self starter, have own tools and doesn't mind being on call when office is closed. 

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, drywall repair, paint, fixture replacement, door and lockset replacement, light electrical and plumbing.

 

This is an evaluation hire, full time position. M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm with a 30 minute lunch.

 

Pay starts at $18/hr, depending on experience
