We are currently recruiting for experienced MIG Welders for our clients in the Hamilton area. We are seeking dependable individuals with strong fabrication and welding experience who take pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and other metals as required
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
• Fabricate, assemble, and weld components to specifications
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Use grinders, measuring tools, and other fabrication equipment
• Work closely with production and fabrication teams to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company health and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squares
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with fitting, fabrication, or CWB certification is considered an asset
• Reliable transportation to and from work
