About the Role

We are a growing Arizona-based company looking for an experienced, detail-driven Order Processor to join our operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily fulfillment workflow — managing a high volume of orders with precision, communicating effectively with customers and teammates, and keeping our systems accurate and up to date.

What You'll Do

• Process up to 20 customer orders per day with accuracy and efficiency
• Enter and manage orders, invoices, and billing records in QuickBooks
• Track leads, contacts, and deal stages using Pipedrive CRM
• Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email in a professional manner
• Review order details for completeness and flag discrepancies before processing
• Generate and send invoices; follow up on outstanding items as needed
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Maintain organized and accurate records throughout the order lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with QuickBooks (order entry, invoicing, reporting)
• Hands-on experience with Pipedrive or a comparable CRM platform
• Demonstrated ability to process a high volume of orders accurately and consistently
• Strong interpersonal skills — you genuinely enjoy working with and helping people
• Exceptional attention to detail; you catch errors before they become problems
• Technical aptitude — comfortable learning new software and tools quickly
• A professional, independent work style that respects the focus of your teammates
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including grammar and business correspondence
• Prior experience with invoicing, billing, or order management workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in wholesale distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
• Experience in a fast-paced order desk or customer service environment
• Familiarity with water treatment, fluid systems, or industrial equipment (a plus, not required)

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Location: On-site, Arizona
