We are looking for a true hunter — someone who is competitive, resilient, coachable, and driven by results. This role is responsible for generating new business through consistent prospecting, cold calling, in-person sales activity, client appointments, and relentless follow-up.
If you are looking for a laid-back sales environment, this is not it.
Success in this role requires daily discipline, urgency, grit, and the ability to handle rejection without losing momentum. You will be held highly accountable to activity expectations, pipeline management, appointment generation, and revenue growth.

What You Will Be Responsible For
Generating new business through outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Making high-volume sales calls and conducting in-person client visits
Setting and running appointments with decision-makers
Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
Identifying staffing opportunities within manufacturing, warehouse, skilled trades, office services, and professional environments
Creating urgency and driving business development activity daily
Partnering with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client fulfillment
Managing client expectations while protecting profitability
Maintaining accurate documentation and pipeline activity within CRM systems
Following company sales processes, accountability standards, and reporting expectations
Accountability Expectations
This role is metrics-driven and performance-based.
You will be expected to:
Consistently hit outbound activity expectations
Maintain pipeline accuracy and visibility
Execute daily prospecting without being chased or micromanaged
Participate in weekly accountability meetings and coaching sessions
Accept direct feedback and implement coaching quickly
Own your results — both successes and failures
Excuses, blame-shifting, and passive sales behavior do not work in this environment.

Requirements
Prior sales experience preferred, especially B2B or staffing sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and business development
Strong sense of urgency and accountability
Ability to work independently while remaining coachable
Reliable transportation and willingness to conduct in-person sales activity
