Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Project Manager/ Superintendent for a construction company in Maryville, TN. 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Overall planning, coordination, & administration of construction projects
• Complete daily reports 
• Keep clear communication between company and customers. 
• This job will include traveling in the surrounding counties to oversee projects on site. 
• Gather project details, clarify scope, and schedule estimates or site visits
• Resolve on-site issues

Qualifications: 

• MS Office Proficiency
• Project Management experience preferred
• Remodeling & Residential Construction experience
• Fire & Water Restoration experience preferred 
• Friendly personality
• Ability to multitask 

Shift: 

• M-F / 8 AM - 5 PM
