Mechanical Assembler – Panel Builder

• Up to $27/Hour to start
• Bedford, NH
• Monday – Friday
• First Shift – 8am – 5pm

Duties:

• Assemble industrial control panels, enclosures, and mechanical assemblies according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Mount electrical and mechanical components, including relays, terminal blocks, breakers, power supplies, and other control devices.
• Route and secure wiring neatly and accurately within panels.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete assemblies.
• Verify completed assemblies meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform inspections and basic testing of completed panels.
• Troubleshoot and correct assembly issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with packaging and preparing finished products for shipment.

What we look for…

• Previous mechanical assembly, panel building, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Basic understanding of electrical components and industrial control panels is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently.
