Manufacturing Associate - 5th Shift (Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40!)

Pay: $23.00/hour
Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 6:45 PM-7:00 AM
Location: La Crosse Area

Looking for a 3-day work week with full-time pay? Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a growing, locally owned manufacturer in the La Crosse area. This is a long-term opportunity with advancement potential and the chance to join a stable, expanding company.

Responsibilities:

• Stack fiberglass products on shelves
• Keep machines stocked with raw materials
• Monitor production equipment
• Inspect products for quality
• Read production orders and setup sheets
• Use calipers and tape measures
• Assist with machine setup and shutdown
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable with repetitive bending, twisting, and squatting
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
