Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting revenue growth through outbound and inbound sales activities. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify sales opportunities through phone, email, and online outreach
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed sales and performance targets
- Update customer information in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, business development, or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish customer trust
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset
