Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Commercial Cleaning Services

Job Summary

We are a top-rated commercial cleaning company seeking an experienced and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to help grow our client base. This position is ideal for a driven sales professional with a proven track record in door-to-door prospecting and business development.

The primary responsibility of this role is to visit local businesses, introduce our commercial cleaning services, build relationships with decision-makers, and generate qualified leads that result in proposal opportunities for our team.

Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door outreach to businesses within assigned territories.
Introduce and promote our commercial cleaning services to business owners and decision-makers.
Generate qualified leads and secure opportunities for our company to submit service proposals.
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
Schedule meetings and follow up with interested prospects.
Track daily activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead-generation goals.
Communicate prospect feedback and market insights to management.

Required Experience

Minimum of 3 years of door-to-door sales, canvassing, or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
Proven success generating leads and creating new business opportunities.
Experience working independently and managing a sales territory.
Commercial service sales experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to walk, stand, and move continuously for extended periods.
Ability to walk several miles per day while canvassing commercial areas.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and light rain.
Ability to climb stairs and access commercial buildings as needed.
Ability to carry sales materials, brochures, marketing packets, and a tablet or clipboard weighing up to 15 pounds.
Ability to maintain a professional and energetic presence throughout the workday.
Must have the stamina to perform door-to-door prospecting for up to 6 hours per day.

Compensation

$20.00 per hour
6 hours per day
5 days per week
Approximately 30 hours per week
Bonus of $10–$20 for every company that requests a proposal from our team
Consistent hourly pay plus performance-based incentives
