Located in Oshkosh, WI

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/HR

Duties: 

  • Set up and operate wire forming and wire processing machines
  • Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent production quality
  • Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production specifications
  • Perform routine machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting as needed
  • Conduct quality inspections using measuring devices to verify product accuracy
  • Complete production reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Assist with material handling, including forklift use when required
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications: 

  • Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience with wire forming or wire processing equipment is a plus
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and adjust equipment
  • Ability to read and use measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, rulers, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs
  • Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus)
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
