Shipping & Receiving Associate Needed!

A growing company in the Coppell area is looking to add a Shipping & Receiving Associate to their team!

Shift: Monday to Friday, schedule may vary based on business needs

Pay: $20/hr

Shipping & Receiving Associate Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery documents
• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues to supervisors
• Process and record received goods in the ERP or warehouse management system
• Prepare outgoing shipments including packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels
• Coordinate with carriers, freight companies, and internal teams for pickups and deliveries
• Stage finished goods and materials for shipment
• Ensure shipments meet customer requirements and packaging standards
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock verification
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams regarding shipment status

Shipping & Receiving Associate Requirements:

• Previous shipping and receiving experience required
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems preferred
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Good communication skills
