Located in Ripon, WI

Salary: $18.00 - $19.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:00pm

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00/HR

Duties: 

  • Perform quality checks on paper products to ensure they meet specifications and standards
  • Float between production areas to provide support where needed most
  • Stack and organize pallets safely and efficiently
  • Set up and stage raw materials for production runs
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished goods
  • Support Machine Operators with daily production tasks and workflow
  • Operate pallet jacks and assist with forklift operations as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications: 

  • Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus)
  • Experience operating pallet jacks and material handling equipment
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in quality inspection
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Flexible and adaptable—ability to work in multiple areas as needed
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Basic understanding of production processes and safety standards
