Warehouse Coordinator Needed!

A growing company in the Coppell area is looking to add a Warehouse Coordinator to their team!

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Pay: $18/hr

Warehouse Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Create and manage orders in the WMS system (Blue Yonder)
• Ensure warehouse associates complete assigned orders accurately and on time
• Close out orders in the system and verify all work is completed correctly
• Monitor order progress and troubleshoot any issues
• Communicate with warehouse staff to gather information and provide updates
• Occasionally visit the warehouse floor to coordinate with associates
• Maintain accuracy and organization within the system

Warehouse Coordinator Requirements:

• Experience with WMS systems, preferably Blue Yonder
• SAP experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both office and warehouse staff
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities

Work Environment:

• Primarily office based role
• Occasional interaction on the warehouse floor
