Located in Ripon, WI

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/HR

Duties: 

  • Operate forklifts to safely transport materials and finished products throughout the warehouse
  • Stage and organize products for outbound shipments and truck loading
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently while ensuring proper handling of goods
  • Verify and complete all required shipping and receiving documentation accurately
  • Inspect materials and products for quality and accuracy before shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety protocols and equipment operating procedures
  • Assist with inventory control, including counting and tracking materials

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 5 years of forklift operating experience preferred
  • Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one)
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Numbers-oriented with the ability to verify counts and documentation
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and shipping processes
