Sample Receiving Technician Needed!

A growing company in the Coppell area is looking to add a Sample Receiving Technician to their team!

Shift: Monday to Friday, schedule may vary based on business needs

Pay: $18/hr

Sample Receiving Technician Responsibilities:

• Accurately log customer samples into the LIMS system and handle associated products
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and reliability in all sample processing
• Perform clerical reviews to verify data entry and sample information
• Verify samples are properly labeled and stored at correct temperatures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sample receiving area
• Follow daily work schedule and report any issues promptly
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and vendors as needed
• Collaborate with laboratory departments to ensure smooth operations
• Execute ISO, quality control, and safety procedures consistently
• Stock and order supplies such as labels and boxes
• Assist with return of customer coolers
• Support special projects and additional duties as assigned

Sample Receiving Technician Requirements:

• Previous lab, warehouse, or sample handling experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Ability to follow strict procedures and timelines
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new processes and assist with training
