Customer Service Representative (Temporary to Permanent)

Mississauga – Onsite

 

A well-established manufacturer in the Mississauga area is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in customer service within a manufacturing or distribution environment who are looking to grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and online portals
• Accurately enter and manage customer orders within internal systems
• Respond to inquiries related to order status, shipping updates, pricing, and product information
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment and proactively communicate any delays
• Work closely with the graphics team to confirm customer files are accurate and production-ready
• Partner with the sales team to support smooth onboarding of new clients
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager

 

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution setting
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Must be able to work on-site, five days per week
