Salary: $25-$28/hr

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a commercial property services company in Acton, MA. This role is a key member of the office team coordinating technician schedules, customer communications, project documentation, and administrative processes.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send service proposals to prospective customers
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for service and installation projects
  • Coordinate workflow and maintain project documentation
  • Communicate with customers, contractors, and vendors via phone and email
  • Assist with invoicing and billing verification
  • Track employee expenses and credit card receipts
  • Enter and maintain information in company databases
  • Support accounting functions and other administrative tasks as needed

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative, customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or office support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with Sage 100 Contractor is a plus

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: $25-$28/hour, depending on experience
