Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (minimum 40 hours per week)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Merchandiser for a local company in Pine Bluff, AR. The Merchandiser is responsible for stocking, rotating, and organizing products at customer locations while ensuring displays are clean, accurate, and meet company standards. This position requires frequent interaction with store personnel, making strong customer service skills essential.

Responsibilities:

• Stock, rotate, and organize products at assigned locations.

• Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented displays.

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.

• Provide professional and courteous customer service.

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.

• Complete assigned routes and tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Clean background required.

• Solid work history.

• Dependable transportation and valid driver's license required.

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
