Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $15 an hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our production team as Air Filter Assembly Associates. This is a fast-paced warehouse position responsible for assembling air filters while maintaining quality and production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble air filters according to company specifications and quality standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
• Meet daily production goals and expectations.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to work continuously in a hot warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow established production processes.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
