Pay: $14.00 - $17.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time | Choose from two shift options:
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Location: Remote
Start Date: Training is next month for two weeks (onsite 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), then transition to your assigned schedule. Dates: TBD
What You Will Do:
- Contact employers, schools, and references by phone and email to verify information reported on job applications and resumes.
- Enter verified data accurately into a company database and maintain complete, organized records of all research and documentation.
- Identify discrepancies in gathered information and flag potential issues.
- Perform general clerical duties and support other areas of the department as workflow requires.
- Consistently meet established daily production goals.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous call center or phone-based support experience required.
- Experience working remotely is a plus.
- Clear and professional verbal communication skills with strong grammar and diction.
- Comfortable working with word processing programs, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data entry.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Basic business writing skills and research abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
