Client Relationship Manager – Aerospace Industry (Ontario)

Mississauga – Onsite

 

Our client, a leading supplier to the aerospace industry, is looking for a dynamic and relationship-focused Client Relationship Manager to support and grow their established customer base across Ontario. This role is centered on strengthening existing partnerships, expanding market share within current accounts, and delivering long-term client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Expand and develop relationships within the existing Ontario client base while identifying growth opportunities
• Prospect within current and new accounts and engage new stakeholders through research and outreach
• Develop and execute strategies to grow client accounts and increase market share
• Prepare and deliver client presentations
• Develop pricing proposals and participate in service agreement discussions
• Forecast sales performance and revenue
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Support additional sales and administrative functions as required

 

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of field sales experience (aerospace or aerospace supplier experience required)
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid G driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
• Willingness to travel within Ontario and occasionally to other provinces
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
