Core Responsibilities

Receiving & Put-Away: Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damages, verify against purchase orders, and securely stock items in designated locations.
Inventory Control: Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits to reconcile virtual records with actual on-hand stock.
Discrepancy Investigation: Research and resolve shrinkage, damages, or shipping errors.
Record Keeping: Update and maintain precise data in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) regarding stock status, location, and movement.
Order Fulfillment: Locate, pick, pack, and prepare inventory for outgoing shipments.

Key Requirements & Skills

Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with WMS, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
Equipment Operation: Ability (or willingness to learn) to operate material handling equipment like forklifts, cherry pickers, and electric pallet jacks.
Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items (typically 50-75+ pounds) for extended periods.
Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy when identifying product numbers, pallet IDs, and logging transactions.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve inventory discrepancies and shortage
