Express Employment is seeking a Mixing Operator to support production operations for our client in Morris, IL. This contractor will be responsible for preparing, measuring, and mixing materials according to established formulas and safety standards. Ideal candidates have experience in manufacturing, chemicals, food production, or industrial mixing environments.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Measure, stage, and verify raw materials before mixing.
  • Operate mixing equipment, follow batch sheets, and ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Batch processing, industrial mixers, blending systems,
  • Perform in‑process inspections and document results. 
 
Qualifications & Requirements: 
  • 1+ year of experience in mixing, blending, or manufacturing
  • Comfortable working in a production environment
  • Manufacturing Environment 
  • Basic math and measurement skills
