Job Title: Production Manufacturer

Job Summary

The Production Manufacturer is responsible for producing goods through the operation of machinery, assembly of components, and adherence to manufacturing processes. This role ensures products are made efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery and equipment to manufacture products
Assemble materials and components accurately based on specifications
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality output
Inspect finished goods and perform quality control checks
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues
Maintain production records and documentation
Load and unload materials and finished products
Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage
Basic understanding of machinery and mechanical processes
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to operate hand tools and manufacturing equipment
