Salary: 20+ DOE
Busy landscaping company is in need of one stellar employee! Position is $20+/hr DOE. This is a full time position and may require some overtime hours during busy season.
Lead and supervise landscaping crews on daily job assignments
Coordinate project tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, irrigation, hardscaping, and general grounds maintenance
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
Train and mentor crew members; delegate tasks based on skill level
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, skid steers, etc.)
Communicate with clients and project managers regarding progress, needs, and site conditions
Read and follow landscape plans, layouts, and work orders
Monitor materials, tools, and equipment to ensure job readiness
Maintain clean, organized job sites and enforce safety protocols
Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or construction required
Prior leadership or crew lead experience strongly preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to operate landscaping and light construction equipment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to set the tone for the crew
