HVAC Maintenance Technician – Apartment Complex (Covington, LA)

Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Covington, LA

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician with an HVAC license to support a local apartment complex. This role involves general maintenance, HVAC servicing, and preparing units, including deep cleaning, for new residents.

Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain HVAC units
• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property
• Handle tasks such as painting, sheetrock repair, and minor appliance repairs
• Assist with grounds maintenance
• Prepare and deep clean apartment units as needed

Requirements:

• Valid HVAC license (required)
• Experience in general maintenance and repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor issues independently
• Must have your own basic tool kit
• Reliable and able to work full-time schedule

Additional Information:

• Cleaning supplies will be provided by the company
• Position requires a hands-on, self-motivated individual
