Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled MIG Tacker/Welder to join our team. This position primarily involves MIG and tack welding, with opportunities to learn additional trades such as assembly, painting, and insulation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and tack welding on sheet metal components
• Assist with fabrication tasks as needed
• Support other departments, including assembly, paint, and insulation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Experience with MIG welding and tack welding
• Ability to read and follow fabrication instructions
• Willingness to learn and work across multiple trades
• May be required to complete a 3G or 4G welding test

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sheet metal fabrication experience
• Strong work ethic and reliability
